przybysz Absolute ambient masterpiece. Record hits with deep nostalgia, bliss and some otherworldly undefinable feeling. My personal top of the year. Favorite track: Pomór.

Lugshar Zguba's EP is not the spirit of the times, but a whole bunch of spirits that transcend the time altogether. While drawing heavily from history, it is as timely as it can be, commenting on the everlasting nature of humankind. Play this on repeat and you'll understand, that our history is a repeated periods of “Pomór” (A Murrain), and then a “Rozkwit” (A Blooming).

Musically, the EP is a brilliant mixture of ambient, industrial and plunderphonics music, all with its unique elegance.

about

Crooked velvet-clawed misfortune.
Reverberant calls of the merchants of justice.
Tormented bodies in a quagmire.
The profound and painful that should not be allowed to emerge,
the eyes still too far from the heart to truly understand.
Nightmares… dreams… life… war… the dead… and the living.
The unknown dead… All the dead…
All the dead trudging onwards,
the well-trodden road transparent
beneath their feet.
